Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically with private, corporate and institutional clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.

You'll get to:

• build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy
• support our client advisors in their day-to-day work with a goal of increasing client satisfaction
• coordinate projects with various stakeholders and acquire know-how in project management and business development

Your team

You'll be working in our Wealth Management APAC Switzerland team. We serve wealthy high net worth and ultra high net worth private individuals, families; managers & executives, entrepreneurs in Asia (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Southeast Asia, Taiwan).

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We're looking for someone who's curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it's important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
