Cross-border Compliance Officer

Flex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal & Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For one of our major clients in the financial services industry, we are currently looking for multiple Compliance Officers to support a large-scale project.

• Handle and review compliance alerts, ensuring accurate analysis, escalation, and documentation
• Apply cross-border and suitability regulations (e.g. MiFID, FINRA, Reg BI) in daily case handling
• Prepare and maintain clear, audit-ready documentation in line with internal and regulatory standards
• Support transaction monitoring and compliance processes
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent alert resolution

• 2–5+ years of experience in Compliance, preferably within banking or financial services
• Solid understanding of cross-border regulations and suitability requirements
• Experience with alert handling and documentation standards
• Hands‑on exposure to transaction monitoring tools
• Fluency in German or French and English;
  Italian is a strong advantage
• Must be based in Switzerland and available for 100% on-site work in Zurich
