The Corporate Actions unit takes care of the global processing of corporate actions. Such corporate actions can include dividends, interest payments, capital increases, mergers, splits, and other administrative events. The economic environment has a direct impact on our activities, particularly in terms of timely implementation within client portfolios.

We are responsible for the high-quality and professional preparation of communications to clients who hold their securities with our bank. This includes daily contact with client advisors as well as internal and external partners.

YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Ensuring the timely and correct processing of dividend and interest events
  • Oversight of tax refund processes in various markets in coordination with relevant teams
  • Reconciliation and correction of securities and cash differences arising from corporate actions
  • Identification and processing of corporate action-related events involving securities lending positions, including coordination with counter parties where necessary
  • Execution of internal and external payments related to corporate actions
  • Timely and competent management of the service mailbox and hotline
YOUR PROFILE
  • Successful completion of a banking apprenticeship, basic commercial training, or high school diploma (preferably with banking experience)
  • Knowledge of securities and financial instruments (experience with administrative transactions is an advantage)
  • Interest in technical and procedural details
  • High degree of initiative, self-reliance, and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a team, collegiality, and reliability
  • Independent, accurate, resilient, and flexible working style
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required
