Consultant Deal Advisory

Overview

• Financial Due Diligence:
  Support the execution of financial due diligence with targeted analysis of company/target data; assess quality of earnings, net working capital, net debt and cash flows; contribute to the drafting of Financial Due Diligence reports.
• Support and deliver anayses that drive critical decisions
• M&A Transactions:
  Play an active role in the day-to-day management of M&A transactions, including coordination and process support, management of Q&A and the data room, and coordination of legal, tax and operational work streams.
• Valuation & Financial Modelling:
  Support the performance of valuation assignments and business/valuation modelling exercises.
• Research & Proposal Support:
  Provide research and market intelligence, conduct industry and company analyses, and support the preparation of proposals and pitch materials.

• Consultant: 1+ years’ experience in Deal Advisory, deal-related Audit, Corporate Finance or M&A (initial professional experience).
• Senior Consultant
  : 3+ years’ experience with solid execution exposure in Financial Due Diligence and Valuation/Business Modelling.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; progress toward CFA, CPA or ACA is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; interest in new technology and AI-driven solutions in the deal advisory space.
• Fluent in German and English (both required); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with a curious, proactive, flexible and collaborative mindset.
