As Finance Strategy Analyst, you will support high-priority strategic projects across the organisation from a Finance standpoint. In this role, you will analyse business performance, evaluate opportunities, and contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of forward-looking strategies that align with the Bank’s long-term objectives.

• Analyse business challenges, market trends and operational results to provide data-backed recommendations
• Develop and present strategic solutions through presentations, reports, and workshops
• Conduct research, financial modelling and performance analysis to support decision-making
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive consensus on key initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate and track various initiatives
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement through leading by example

• Relevant advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to break down complex problems and develop actionable solutions
• Experience in managing multiple work streams, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations for Senior Management
• Proficient in the use of financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
