From our office in Zurich, we identify, execute and actively support investments in asset‑light, value‑adding B2B sectors with a focus on building long‑term growth platforms through organic and acquisitive strategies.
Your Responsibilities- Conducting market analyses of relevant industries to identify attractive investment themes and consolidation opportunities
- Identifying and analysing suitable target companies based on strategic and financial criteria
- Supporting the development of investment concepts and strategic rationales for potential acquisitions
- Assisting our investment professionals in the due diligence of potential new portfolio companies
- Performing financial analyses and valuation models for selected targets
- Contributing to the preparation of investment proposals and presentation materials
- Supporting the strategic development of portfolio companies in close collaboration with management teams
Join a newly established and highly ambitious single‑family office backed by a highly entrepreneurial family. You will:
- Be directly involved in the identification and assessment of new investment opportunities
- Work closely with the investment team and gain exposure to the full private equity investment process
- Be part of the build‑up of the family office and its portfolio, shaping investment theses and supporting platform strategies
- Experience a steep learning curve and high level of responsibility from day one
- Work in a collegial, hands‑on and entrepreneurial environment with flat hierarchies and short decision paths
- Benefit from flexible working hours (20–40%) alongside your studies
- Ongoing Bachelor’s (from 5th semester) or Master’s studies in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- You bring relevant practical experience in Private Equity, M&A, Consulting or Corporate Finance from prior internships
- Confident handling of Excel and Power Point
- Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
- Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, a down‑to‑earth mentality and the ability to work independently in a small, collaborative team environment
