Account Manager

Are you a client focused individual with a strong background in advising private clients across various asset classes? Then you could be the ideal fit for our division covering Brazil.

• Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place
• Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.)
• Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators
• Handle client requests independently as well as guiding clients independently through more complex cases
• Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts
• Be responsible for the generation of revenue for a book of clients

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the banking industry
• Fluency in German, English and Portuguese with the ability to communicate what you know, especially to non-experts. Spanish would be an added advantage.
• A strong team-player and a strong interest for a high-level client service
• Good understanding of financial products and markets
• Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office)
