Our client is an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for regulatory reporting specialist (m, f, d) as
Recovery and Resolution Planning Officer
Aufgaben- Further development of restructuring and resolution plans (RRP) for the business divisions and subsidiaries
- Assessment of critical functions and dependencies to ensure the continuity of essential services in the event of a crisis
- Analysis of financial data and assessment of financial strength, capital adequacy, and liquidity risks
- Monitoring of the financial crisis management framework and maintenance of the bank group's restructuring plan
- Implementation of RRP controls and ensuring appropriate safeguarding processes to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and expectations
- Assessment of resolution capacities, including the process for involving an external expert if necessary
- Comprehensive review of decision-making and governance processes relating to resolution capacities
- Development and evaluation of potential resolution strategies for companies in difficulty, as well as analysis of the financial implications and potential consequences of each strategy
- Supporting specialist departments in meeting group-wide regulatory requirements
- Continuous communication with supervisory authorities to provide information about the bank's restructuring and resolution measures
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve results
- Monitoring regulatory developments and, if necessary, implementing regulatory changes
- Ad hoc projects.
- Master's or Bachelor's in Banking & Finance or Economics
- CPA as an advantage
- Professional experience in a bank in the area of regulatory reporting, external bank auditing (Big4), or bank consulting
- Good knowledge of a bank and its national and international regulation
