Senior Investment Consultant – Pension Funds

Our client advises some of the world’s most established pension funds, insurance companies, healthcare organisations and foundations. With operations across Europe (including the UK), the United States, Canada, Asia-Pacific and Australia, the firm has been active in Switzerland for over 15 years and is now a recognised market leader in ALM and risk management advisory services for pension funds, with an estimated market share of approximately 35%.

Due to continued growth in client demand, we are seeking an experienced Senior Investment Consultant to join the Swiss business. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in investment consulting and a deep understanding of the Swiss pension fund landscape.

Working within a small, highly collaborative team of specialists, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining long‑term client relationships in the Swiss market. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will lead client engagement across investment strategy, asset allocation, risk management and liability‑driven considerations. You will be responsible for managing client relationships on an ongoing basis, supported by the firm’s strong local and global track record and its proprietary, best‑in‑class analytical and technology platform, enabling truly independent and technology‑enabled advice.

The ideal candidate will have an established track record in the Swiss institutional investment market, business‑level proficiency in Swiss German, strong investment knowledge and a well‑developed network within the pension fund community. A university degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, economics, business or a related discipline is required; professional investment qualifications are advantageous.
