Senior Relationship Manager — Nordics

Overview

Executive Partners is partnering with a leading global private bank to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager for the Nordics (SE/NO/DK/FI/IS) region, based in Zurich, Switzerland. This strategic role will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering bespoke wealth solutions rooted in strong fiduciary trust and international expertise.

• Build and develop a portfolio of Nordic private clients booking in Switzerland.
• Deliver holistic advice across investments, credit solutions and planning needs.
• Partner with internal specialists to deliver tailored outcomes within a controlled risk framework.

• Drive sustainable NNM through targeted outreach and professional networks.
• Increase mandate penetration and deepen wallet share through disciplined advisory coverage.
• Maintain exemplary documentation and ongoing due diligence standards.

• 7–10+ years’ private banking experience with Nordic clients and a proven acquisition track record.
• Strong network with Nordic entrepreneurs, executives and intermediaries.
• English required;
  Nordic language(s) advantageous.

• Operate within Swiss cross-border and internal governance frameworks; documentation quality is critical.
• Maintain FINMA-grade KYC/AML, suitability and lifecycle controls.

• Swiss platform with strong product access and specialist support.

Compensation is highly competitive and structured according to seniority, experience, and the business plan presented (AUM, NNM, and the client portfolio).
