Yourtasks
- Promote a strong safety and quality culture and ensure policies are understood and followed.
- Implement and continuously improve the Safety Management System in line with guidelines.
- Deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective training using modern tools and varied teaching methods.
- Prepare training materials and facilities, set clear objectives, track progress, and provide complete course records.
- Maintain compliant documentation, support training development as a subject matter expert, and continuously develop your skills.
- Certification and/or experience as an Engine Technician on CFM
56 series and/or GTF and/or LEAP series and/or PW4000 variants. - Preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or education and/or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years in aviation maintenance or a similar field.
- Availability to conduct training worldwide, with a readiness to travel regularly.
- Exceptional communication abilities, adaptable to various audiences and cultures.
- Openness to new ideas, change initiatives, and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Self‑motivated and independent with excellent organizational skills in operational settings.
- Proven experience in technical teaching and preferably certified as a technical trainer.
- Skilled in instructional design and people learning principles.
- Proficiency in German and English, minimum Level B2, C1 preferred.
