• 🔹 Develop and qualify plasma etch and plasma deposition processes for MEMS manufacturing
• 🔹 Work on advanced microfabrication technologies used in high‑volume production
• 🔹 Design, run and analyze cleanroom experiments and process tests
• 🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve process and production challenges
• 🔹 Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams across R&D and manufacturing
• 🔹 Contribute to future product development and process improvements

You’ll play a key role in the process technology behind highly advanced sensor chips used worldwide.

• ✔ Experience in plasma etching and/or plasma deposition (essential)
• ✔ Background in MEMS, semiconductor processing, or microfabrication
• ✔ Strong understanding of complex manufacturing systems and process interactions
• ✔ Experience in cleanroom environments and experimental process development
• • Master’s degree in Microtechnology, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
  • OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant industry experience
  • German (approx. B1 level or above)
  • English working proficiency
