- 🔹 Develop and qualify plasma etch and plasma deposition processes for MEMS manufacturing
- 🔹 Work on advanced microfabrication technologies used in high‑volume production
- 🔹 Design, run and analyze cleanroom experiments and process tests
- 🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve process and production challenges
- 🔹 Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams across R&D and manufacturing
- 🔹 Contribute to future product development and process improvements
You’ll play a key role in the process technology behind highly advanced sensor chips used worldwide.
What We’re Looking For- ✔ Experience in plasma etching and/or plasma deposition (essential)
- ✔ Background in MEMS, semiconductor processing, or microfabrication
- ✔ Strong understanding of complex manufacturing systems and process interactions
- ✔ Experience in cleanroom environments and experimental process development
- Master’s degree in Microtechnology, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
- OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant industry experience
- German (approx. B1 level or above)
- English working proficiency
