inspire AG is the leading Swiss competence centre for product innovation and advanced manufacturing. As a strategic partner of ETH Zurich, our mission is to transfer knowledge and technology from research to Swiss machine, electrical and metal industries.
Project backgroundOur research focuses on advancing intelligent monitoring and quality assurance in industrial manufacturing processes. In this internship, you will work on state‑of‑the‑art anomaly detection methods using computer vision and time‑series data, with a particular focus on multimodal data fusion for powder bed fusion (PBF) additive manufacturing of 3D parts. The project combines theoretical research with hands‑on implementation on real industrial datasets and systems.
This position is ideal for candidates interested in applied machine learning and computer vision at the intersection of research and industrial deployment.
Job description- Develop and implement state‑of‑the‑art computer vision algorithms for anomaly detection
