Technical Project Manager - Rolling Stock

• Manage and oversee technical projects across the entire lifecycle
  , from concept through delivery and validation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant rail industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
• Act as a technical interface with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  .
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project execution
  .
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation
  , status reports, and presentations for management and customers.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  .

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record in technical project management in the rail or transportation industry is required.
• Strong understanding of complex technical systems and integration processes
  .
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams
  .
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
  ; additional languages are an advantage.
• Structured,
  solution-oriented, and proactive working style with strong leadership qualities.
