We are currently seeking an experienced Composite Stress Structural Engineer to join a pioneering, long-term aircraft development program with a world-class OEM in the aerospace industry. This role is based in one of Switzerland’s most breathtaking regions, offering an exceptional quality of life.

You will be at the forefront of innovation, working on advanced composite structures within a highly technological manufacturing environment. Surrounded by a passionate and collaborative team, you will help shape the next aircraft generation.

• Perform advanced structural analysis of composite structural and non-structural components for new development programs
• Take autonomous leadership of composite-related subprojects, from minor studies to major structural work packages
• Execute composite structural analysis and sizing of primary and secondary aircraft structures
• Prepare high-quality documentation for design reviews, testing campaigns, technical meetings, and sizing validation
• Develop structural concepts and conduct risk assessments for innovative composite solutions
• Define and manage test concepts for composite components and assemblies, including test requests and data analysis

• 10+ years of proven experience in composite structural engineering
• Mandatory expertise in FEMAP; knowledge of Abaqus is a strong advantage
• Professional proficiency in English
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work permit required)
