Senior Crestron Programmer

Contract: Permanent contract, full-time position

• Define and engineer end to end Crestron control system architectures for premium aircraft cabins
• Program and optimize Crestron solutions using SIMPL and SIMPL+;
• Configure and deploy DM NVX based AV over IP infrastructures;
• Develop custom C# components within Crestron ecosystems;
• Interface Crestron platforms with aircraft systems such as cabin management, audio video distribution, lighting, connectivity, and environmental controls;
• Coordinate with avionics, electrical, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and certification compliance;
• Execute troubleshooting, system testing, and performance verification during ground and flight activities;
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including system diagrams, programming references, and integration documentation.

• At least 10 years of hands on experience in Crestron programming and professional AV control systems;
• Advanced knowledge of Crestron SIMPL, SIMPL+, and C# development;
• Demonstrated capability to architect robust and scalable Crestron solutions;
• Background in integrating complex systems within regulated or space constrained industries such as aerospace, defense, maritime, or medical sectors;
• Strong understanding of networking principles, AV signal distribution, and IP driven control architecture;
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
