Experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer

As an Experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer at Belimo, you will ensure top product quality and process stability. You are responsible for the continuous optimization of our production and testing infrastructure and will support exciting projects—from commissioning new end‑of‑line test systems to analyzing complex root causes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement innovative solutions.

• Ensure product quality by maintaining equipment accuracy
• Plan and implement process optimizations
• Commission, qualify, and test new end‑of‑line test systems as well as process, product, and software changes
• Perform troubleshooting and systematic root cause analysis
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments
• Collaborate with external equipment suppliers
• Improve data analysis and contribute to process guidelines and knowledge transfer

• Technical degree or vocational training in electronics or mechanics
• Several years of experience in a similar role within a high volume production environment
• Experience with Python and SQL for statistical data analysis is a plus
• Experience with hands‑on optimization of Production equipment (complete process, from analysis of equipment behavior, change specification, verification, to release for production)
• Structured and independent working style
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel (approx. 5%)
