As a Technical Specialist New Engines you will provide technical support for engine operations and be responsible for implementing the engine work scope into documents that enable the Engine Shop to perform work to airworthiness standards and customer specifications.
Position is dedicated for people available to work in shifts to support shop floor operations.
Responsibilities- Attend and support review meetings in accordance with defined processes
- Establish, distribute and control shop documentation according to the work scope
- Support engine shop visits
- Collect improvement proposals from Operations regarding work documents and data management, review them with Engineering and implement agreed solutions
- Maintain all information related to consumables and expendables based on operational input
- Act as Key User for Field Logs and provide operational support
- Education:
Completed technical education (4 years or equivalent) - Working experience in a technical and aviation industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an engine shop
- Advanced IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP, Trekea/Field Logs)
- Ability to work autonomously and with high accuracy
- Language:
Minimum English B2;
German B2 is an advantage
