At Cleeven, we design, develop, and integrate advanced automation and industrial IT solutions for clients in sectors such as energy, life sciences, transportation, manufacturing, and smart industries.
Your main mission:- Design, program, test, and commission industrial automation systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Programming and modification of industrial PLCs → Siemens, Rockwell Automation / Allen‑Bradley (nice to have: Schneider Electric, Beckhoff Automation, Codesys…)
- Development and maintenance of SCADA / HMI supervision systems → WinCC (TIA), WinCC OA, Factory Talk View, Ignition, or equivalent (Inductive Automation)
- Writing / reviewing functional and technical specifications (URS, FDS, SDS)
- Participation in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and site acceptance phases
- Integration of automation systems with industrial networks and field instrumentation
- Technical support to production, maintenance, and project teams
- Application of cybersecurity and industrial data integrity best practices
- Technology watch on Industry 4.0, IIoT, digitalization, and smart factory trends
- Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial IT
- Strong hands‑on experience with at least one major automation platform (Siemens or Rockwell preferred)
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus…)
- Knowledge of commissioning practices and on‑site interventions
- Professional English required;
French or German is a plus - Autonomous, rigorous, adaptable, and comfortable working on multi‑disciplinary projects
- Willingness to travel for projects in Switzerland and internationally
