We are seeking a Lead Perception Engineer to architect the visual cortex of our robots from the ground up. This is a foundational leadership role
: you will not just contribute to the stack, but build the entire infrastructure
, define the technical strategy
, and lead the future team responsible for machine understanding.

You will have total ownership of the pipeline - from raw sensor data to a complex 3D world model -serving as the central figure who grants our robots the intelligence to operate safely in the real world. If you are ready to move beyond contribution to creation and lead the charge on a mission-critical system, this is your platform.

  • 5+ years in computer vision or robotic perception (Industry or PhD/Post Doc).
  • Perception Architect: Proven ability to build and deploy complex vision pipelines.
  • Expert-level C++ and Python programming skills within a ROS 2 environment
  • Strong experience with 3D computer vision and sensor fusion (e.g., stereo/depth cameras, LiDAR)
  • Proficiency with libraries like OpenCV and ML frameworks (e.g.,
    PyTorch, Tensor Flow
    )
  • Experience with ML-based perception (e.g., segmentation,
    6D pose estimation
    )
  • Proven ability to deploy algorithms on real robots (optimizing for latency and inference speed
    )
  • Solid communication skills in English

Build from Scratch:

As the architect of our perception stack
, you will design and implement the entire pipeline that transforms raw sensor data into actionable 3D understanding
—laying the foundation for all higher-level robot intelligence and autonomy.
