Machine Learning/Robotics Engineer

We are looking for a Machine Learning/Robotics Engineer to onboard into one of our existing customers, to develop advanced machine learning methods for whole-body control of humanoid robots. The role involves building scalable training pipelines, integrating learning-based solutions into real-world systems, and providing technical guidance within a cross‑functional team. It offers a hands‑on R&D environment focused on innovation from prototype to production.
YourSkillset
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or equivalent
- 3-5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, preferably within the robotics domain
- Expertise developing and training models for robot control, using reinforcement or imitation learning
- Experience deploying ML-based controllers on robotic hardware
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensor Flow, or JAX
- Solid programming skills in Python; experience with C++ is a plus
- Knowledge of robotics frameworks and tools (particularly ROS2, Omniverse) and ability to work closely with other robotics teams
- Proficiency in English required, basic German skills advantageous
