Senior/Principal Instrument Metering Eng. with 7-10 years experience - Bergen

• Detailed design of instrumentation tasks.
• Participate in studies.
• Estimate instrumentation tasks.
• Prepare job packages and follow up on deliveries.
• Discipline check of design basis (studies, drawings, and job packages).
• Follow up with suppliers, package responsibility.
• Participate in pre-test/FAT at the supplier.
• Participate in inspections onshore/offshore.
• Able to take on training responsibilities for new engineers.
• Perform as-built.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instrumentation/Automation Hardware.
  Alternatively, a Technical College degree with extensive experience in Engineering projects on the Norwegian Oil and Gas industry

For Senior Instrument Engineer, the requirement is at least 7 years of relevant experience

For Principal Instrument Engineer, the requirement is at least 10 years of relevant experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore-related projects.
• Strong experience in engineering design.
• Proficiency in Norwegian, both spoken and written.
  Alternatively, strong English skills, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of standards such as ATEX, Norsok, Equinor TR (Technical Requirements), STID, Pro Co Sys  prove ARIS.
• Extensive knowledge of modifications on operational offshore installations (VEM/M&M).
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation used in the oil industry.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems.

• Valid offshore certificate for NCS and health certificate
• Basic EX course
• FSE high and low voltage with practical first aid
