Mechanic Engine Inspection (Incoming/Outgoing)

• Preparation of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM
  56 engines for maintenance, such as unwrapping, de‑preservation, etc.
• Handling of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM
  56 engines between ship stands, pedestals and trailers in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
• Perform incoming inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM
  56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Report findings to engineering.
• Perform outgoing inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM
  56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Initiate corrective actions in case of findings.
• Documentation of installed engine components with Vocollect System.
• Timely execution and independent self‑control of performed orders.
• Documentation of activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
• Continuous improvement of executed processes, aiming improvement of quality and reducing production cost.

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (Polymechanics, machine mechanics, automobile mechanics or equivalent)
• > 2 years of experience
• In case of field assistance: willingness to travel
• Willingness to work in two shifts
• Solid communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Independent, precise, and responsible work
• Open‑minded, dedicated team player
• High safety, quality, and cost awareness
• Solid in MS Office and SAP experience
• German and English Level B1
