Our local product group Insulation & Components is the technology leader in design and manufacture of high voltage transformer bushings. All renowned international companies of the electrical industry, active in power generation, transmission and distribution are among our customers. We have a top position in the high voltage bushing areas worldwide.
How you'll make an impact- Ensure efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management system
- Prepare and send timely order confirmations and commercial contracts to customers
- Proactively track status of each customer orders, coordinating and pushing internal stakeholders to guarantee the confirmed delivery date to customer
- Inform customer in case of deviations to current plan
- Coordinate our export team to guarantee deliveries to customers are organized in accordance to confirmed delivery date
- You will follow up on payment status with customers to limit overdue
- Organize and supervise factory acceptances test, performed with the participation of the client
- Collaborate closely with other teams/departments to solve any additional requirements from the customer and to improve current internal processes
- Prepare/analyze current performances and provide results to management
- Commercial or technical education / background, combined with several years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP program will be an additional advantage
- Team-player with high sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
- Ease of gaining the customer's trust and meeting expectations
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Project management certification (eg. PMI) is an advantage
