• Role: Test Manager
• Duration: 6.5 months (28 weeks)
• Possible Extension: Yes (6 months)

• Develop and implement integration and verification strategies for embedded software in line with project planning.
• Define and continuously optimise verification procedures based on system requirements and use cases.
• Plan and ensure timelines, infrastructure, budget, and quality assurance for all verification activities.
• Coordinate, execute, and monitor test processes in close collaboration with development and verification teams.
• Analyse test results, assess risks, and derive measures for quality improvement.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, development and verification engineers, and external partners.

Mandatory

Skills:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or Electronics
• Several years of experience testing complex, interdisciplinary systems (Embedded SW, electronics, mechanics, sensors)
• PCB testing experience
• Strong knowledge of integration and verification processes
• Hands‑on experience with test management tools
• Familiarity with agile methods
• Experience in build and release processes
• Excellent software testing expertise

Nice‑to‑have:

• ISTQB Advanced Level certification

Soft Skills:

• Decision‑making and quality orientation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Social and intercultural competence
• Excellent German (business fluent) and English
