As a GTF Quality Inspector
, you will:

Your tasks
  • Perform technical inspections and measurements of engine assemblies, modules and parts (PW1100G-JM) on schedule, ensuring required quality.
  • Create and process repair orders for assemblies and individual parts, including requested engine modifications.
  • Control and document executed modifications and configurations on parts and assemblies, following all regulations.
  • Execute assigned work on time with independent self-checks and proper documentation of all activities.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean events, 5S, root cause analysis) and perform internal audits, including 5S, and follow up on actions.
  • Continuously improve processes with a focus on quality, safety and on-time delivery.
  • Handle tools, equipment and resources in an environmentally conscious and responsible way.
Your Profile
  • Completed vocational training in a technical/metal field (polymechanic, machine mechanic or equivalent).
  • Ideally 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Aviation MRO industry.
  • Ideally holding EASA Part 145 authorisation to certify engines.
  • Ability to work independently, precisely and responsibly, with strong safety and quality awareness.
  • Open-minded team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts and occasionally on weekends.
  • Good knowledge of English medium;
    German is an advantage. Experience with MS Office and SAP.
