To make the most out of this platform globally, we’re looking for a Junior Regulatory Compliance Specialist boosting our Zurich based regulatory team, helping to ensure our drones and operations meet aviation and airworthiness standards worldwide. You’ll take ownership of regulatory topics—from monitoring new rules to supporting market access and training. Working across engineering, operations, and sales, you’ll bridge compliance and innovation in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities- Ensure product and operational compliance with aviation regulations (EU, US, and beyond)
- Support regulatory impact assessments and maintain operational approvals documentation (SORA, manuals, training)
- Collaborate with engineering and testing teams developing regulatory-related product features
- Help sales and partners navigate drone regulations in global markets
- Hands-on exposure to aviation regulations (e.g. Part-UAS, SORA), through studies, work or internship experience
- Pragmatic, motivated mindset - you’re driven to make drone innovation real
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an interest in aviation safety and standards
- Clear communicator in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contributing to continuous improvement
