• Defining and developing small actuators in accordance with ATA
  79 & ATA
  21 standards.
• Working collaboratively with a team to implement innovative solutions and advanced engineering principles.
• Ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations and industry standards.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and technology advancements.

• University degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the aerospace industry (10 years is preferred).
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously under challenging timescales.
• Co-operative personality with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• Professional level of English is essential; knowledge of German is appreciated.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA Citizenship or valid Swiss work permit).
