Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative; On-site | Sofia

Position Overview

We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Sofia
. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across multiple channels.

• Language: Croatian (Native) + English (B2)
• Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

• Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday:
    09:00 – 23:00 (shift based)
  • Saturday & Sunday:
    10:00 – 19:00 (shift based)
• Training:
  • 3 weeks training + 1 week nesting (fully paid)

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
  , ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Build strong knowledge of products and services to confidently answer customer questions.
• Act like a problem-solver—gather information efficiently and deliver clear solutions.
• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style in every interaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share ideas, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture.

• Native-level Croatian and at least B2 English (spoken & written).
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Comfortable using MS Office.
• Organized, precise, and able to multitask independently or within a team.

• Gross Salary: 1,793.40 EUR
