We are looking for Slovenian- and Croatian-speaking professionals who want to work in a structured, people-focused role within a global lifestyle brand
. Based on-site in Sofia
, you will support adult customers across multiple channels, delivering clear, compliant, and high-quality service in a fast-evolving environment.

This role goes beyond answering questions — you will become a trusted point of contact
, guiding customers through products, services, and digital tools while maintaining the highest service and compliance standards.

- Role Overview
  • Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site)
  • Languages required:
    • Slovenian or Croatian (C2 / native)
    • English (B2+)
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Working hours:Rotational shifts (no night shifts included)
-What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Supporting customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Assisting with orders, account questions, product setup, and troubleshooting
  • Ensuring age verification and regulatory compliance in every interaction
  • Providing accurate, calm, and professional guidance

    Recording interactions and following internal quality processes
  • Collaborating with internal teams when escalation is required
