Ein Unternehmen im Schweizer Zahlungsverkehr sucht einen Call Center Agenten in Zürich, der die telefonische Beratung von Kunden übernimmt und Betrugsmeldungen analysiert. Die Position bietet eine unbefristete Festanstellung mit einem 35-Stunden-Pensum und der Möglichkeit, von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten. Bewerber sollten über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliche Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt verfügen. Sehr gute Deutsch-, Französisch- und Italienischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, ebenso Erfahrung im Call Center und mit Schichtarbeit.
