Aufgaben gehören die Betreuung bestehender Mitglieder am Telefon und durch E-Mail sowie die Administration. Wir erwarten Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung, einen VBV-Abschluss und sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Schweizerdeutsch und Französisch.
