A leading SaaS company in Zürich is seeking an Onboarding Customer Success Manager to lead EMEA customer onboarding. In this role, you will guide customers through successful product implementation, ensuring value delivery early in the process. Your expertise in project management, along with your strong communication and relationship-building skills, will be vital in driving customer engagement. You must have 4–5 years of experience in a similar role with fluency in English and German.
