Join Lingo‑nova as a Croatian‑speaking Customer Service Representative in Sofia. This on‑site role begins on 2 February 2026, with a salary of 1,793.40 EUR gross and monthly performance bonuses.

We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional who will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding support across phone, email, and chat.

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 23:00 (shift based)
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00 (shift based)
• Training
• 3 weeks training + 1 week nesting (fully paid)

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Build strong knowledge of products and services to answer questions confidently.
• Act as a problem‑solver, gathering information efficiently and delivering clear solutions.
• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share ideas, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

• Native‑level Croatian and at least B2 English (spoken & written).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using MS Office.
• Organized, precise, and able to multitask independently or within a team.

• Gross Salary: 1,793.40 EUR
