Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you will evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies. Your role involves upholding content standards, addressing user appeals, and collaborating with your team to maintain a secure and positive online environment. You’ll also stay informed about emerging trends to refine moderation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Review:Monitor videos, audio, comments, and links to ensure they meet community standards. Identify and remove inappropriate content to maintain a secure platform.
  • Guideline Enforcement:Ensure that all content, including images and titles, complies with platform rules.
  • User Support:Manage user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation actions.
  • Compliance:Work with your team to ensure consistent adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Trend Monitoring:Track user trends and potential risks, adjusting moderation strategies as needed.
  • Process Improvement:Share insights to improve moderation tools and practices.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Hebrew (C1/C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • At least one year of experience in customer support
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
