Aufgaben
- Abwicklung von Bestellaufträgen
- Machbarkeitsabklärungen und Konditionen von Lieferanten erstellen in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf und Logistik
- Offertwesen und Auftragsbestätigungen erstellen
- Bearbeitung von telefonischen Anfragen
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Retouren
- Fakturierung und Erstellung von Gutschriften
Anforderungen
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamplayer, engagiert, zuverlässig
