Basket is seeking a standout UI Designer to craft beautiful, opinionated interfaces for a fashion-first Gen Z product. You'll deeply influence the product's visual identity and direction, working closely with founders and engineers. This role offers significant ownership in shaping a culturally relevant brand, from high-fidelity UI to evolving our design system and contributing to marketing collateral.

• Shape the visual identity and product direction with significant ownership, moving beyond pixel-pushing.
• Define a fashion-first Gen Z product and brand from its early, formative stages.
• Impact a large and growing Gen Z audience with your designs, building a culturally relevant product.

• Design polished, high-quality UIs for a Gen Z audience, emphasizing fashion, aesthetics, and cultural relevance.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from initial concepts and flows to high-fidelity UI and engineering handoff.
• Define and evolve Basket's design system, visual language, and core interaction patterns.

• Possess strong UI design skills, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing taste, clarity, and meticulous detail.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for fashion, culture, and Gen Z products, with a deep care for aesthetics and perception.
• Experience designing consumer products, with a preference for mobile-first applications.
