Ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen in Zürich sucht einen kompetenten Mitarbeiter im infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagement. Nach der Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie eigenverantwortlich das Gebäudemanagement der zugewiesenen Gebäude und bewirtschaften aktiv unser CAFM System. Sie bringen einen handwerklichen Berufsabschluss mit und haben tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Gebäudemanagement sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fremdfirmen. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind erforderlich. Diese Rolle erfordert eine selbständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
