Location: Zürich
- Abwicklung von anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten
- Kosten- und Terminplanung von Neubau-, Umbau- und Sanierungsprojekten in allen Sparten des Hochbaus
- Erstellen von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Submissionen und Vergabeanträgen
- Realisieren von Bauprojekten unter der Einhaltung von Qualität, Termine und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten und Planern sowie das Führen von Unternehmern
Was Sie mitbringen:
- Grundausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe, zusätzliche Weiterbildung zum dipl. Bauleiter, Techniker Hochbau oder Architekt FH/HTL
- Praktische Bauleitungserfahrung in der Schweiz
- Kenntnisse in Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminmanagement
- EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, MS Projekt, Provis)
