What You'll Do:
- Lead sourcing initiatives from everyday purchases to strategic, high-stakes deals
- Negotiate commercial agreements and create value-driven contracts
- Manage tender processes and supplier evaluations to select top suppliers
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize sourcing strategies for efficiency and savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders to achieve business goals
What Were Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, with strong expertise in ITO/BPO
- Proven ability to handle complex, multi-million-dollar global deals
- Strong negotiation skills and a hands-on approach to contract execution
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage clients and suppliers
