About The Role Uber Eats is seeking an Account Manager to help change the food delivery landscape across Switzerland. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are excited about the food delivery landscape and building long-term affiliations with our restaurant partners. Our Account Managers drive the development of their specific cities and areas with a focus on growing operational performance, strong relationship building, and gaining the best traction for their partners using analytical capabilities.

What The Candidate Will Do- Take complete ownership of your restaurant portfolio and drive the business and operational performance; be the main point of contact and a key influencer for their delivery business.
- Build relationships with restaurant partners and deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
- Drive on-the-ground knowledge and context about the territory you operate into the Uber Eats Switzerland team.
- Cross-functional collaboration with various team members to identify high-potential partnerships and improve account strategies to drive growth for new and developing merchants (e.g., growing sales, improving ad spend and targeted marketing).
- Drive operational improvement with partners to ensure we deliver the best experience to Uber Eats users—ensuring orders are received as placed and delivered when expected.
- Quantify initiatives with data-driven decision making to prioritize activities with the highest return on investment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English, and fluent in either French or Italian.
- 0-2 years of validated experience in Account Management/Sales or any customer-facing roles; alternatively 0-2 years of experience in consulting, commercial, or finance in a large business or growing startup.
- Understanding customer needs and overcoming challenges the business may face.
- Project management and a problem-solving demeanor to adapt to the autonomy of the role.
- SQL and Excel knowledge is advantageous.
