Cleaning is a hundreds-of-billions-of-dollars industry that still runs like it’s 1995.

We’re looking for a Head of Operations who sees operations as a product - something that can be engineered, iterated, and scaled with the precision of the best startups.
What You’ll Own- Design and scale a tech-enabled operations engine that feels inevitable in hindsight
- Build a system that supports cleaners like professionals, not replaceable labor
- Use data and AI to eliminate friction: scheduling, quality, retention, training
- Create a culture where excellence is the norm and growth is the default
- Hire, develop, and inspire a team that wants to win together
You will be judged by outcomes, not presentations.
Who You Might BeYou might not have the “right” background — and that’s a good sign.
But you think like:
- A builder who has created teams, products, or companies from zero
- A systems thinker - you can smell inefficiency and remove it permanently
- A person who experiments with AI tools because you’re genuinely curious
- Someone who reads the operators and thinkers who shape how companies are made
- (Paul Graham, Reid Hoffman, Ben Horowitz, Naval, Elad Gil, April Dunford…)
- A leader who can walk into a warehouse or a board room and be listened to
- Someone who is impatient when the world isn’t improving fast enough
If you’ve raised money before, amazing.
If you’ve had to stretch a tiny budget into a breakthrough, even better.
