We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Sales team in  Zurich You'll oversee the acquisition of the customers across the Switzerland region. You'll maximize the sales opportunities within assigned accounts and establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel, and also do the analysis and development of the market potential.
** Responsibilities:
*** Lead and drive the development of new accounts
* Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across all Bio Pharma markets
* Build and explore in-depth understanding of the customer's business, industry, strategic direction & competitors
* Develop strategic, value-added partnership with the customer by working with the key decision makers & influencers to position long term strategic issues and solutions
* Build understanding of full WC's capabilities and service/product offerings in the customer arena
* Deal with all aspects of specific marketing campaigns, trade shows & seminars
* Identify, qualify and prioritize all potential opportunities related to the account(s)
* Engage regional WC operatives to identify opportunities to position their services into the account(s)
* Work with multi-functional departments to guide development of solutions to the customer
* Deliver solutions which are highly valued by the customer as high impact, complex and strategic
* Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve quality through specific metrics, customer satisfaction and issue resolution
* Identify risk areas & build and manage contingency to mitigat
* Identify new market opportunities
* Manage sales pipeline and track KPIs Relationship management.
** Requirements
* *
* Languages:

Fluent in English (Essential), German (Essential)
* 1-2 years professional experience in Business development, sales or account management, or someone from Sales background, intern who wants to grow in the field and could be the first job as BDE
* Graduate degree (Desirable)
* Experience in the logistics/transport sector and/or pharmaceutical/life science industry (Desirable)
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* High customer orientation and strong communication/presentation skills, verbally & written#
