Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking an
Interim Country Product Manager (maternity leave cover) to help drive growth in the Nordic markets and support our mission of fostering cultural exchange and building global families. In this hands‑on role, you will combine your skills in sales, marketing, and leadership to take ownership of the Nordic au pair market and operate it like a small business. You will be based full‑time in our Stockholm office and report to the Sales Director in Zurich, Switzerland.

What you will do:- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies within your approved budget to meet sales targets.
- Directly manage 3 full-time Sales Coordinators and 15 part‑time Meeting Leaders.
- Lead staff recruitment, engagement, and development.
- Step into any aspect of the job necessary to help the team achieve its goals , including telesales, screening candidates, visiting schools and universities, running local marketing initiatives, and hiring and training office and field staff.
- Localize and adapt central marketing and communication materials for the Swedish market (including Swedish translation), ensuring messaging is accurate, on‑brand, and market‑relevant.
- Managing quality control and customer service in close collaboration with Cultural Care US operations
- You have a growth mindset: you learn from your mistakes and embrace challenges with your nothing is impossible attitude to find solutions.

- You are decisive, able to prioritize effectively, and stay efficient under pressure and tight deadlines.
- 3 years’ work experience in the sales and/or marketing functions, with at least 1 year in a sales management role with staff responsibility.
- University/College graduate; a marketing or business degree is an advantage
- Full proficiency in Swedish and English
- Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
