Business Development Manager – Private Equity (Energy & Infrastructure)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Responsibilities

Source and originate investment opportunities in the energy and infrastructure sectors across DACH and Europe.

Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, developers, and industry stakeholders.

Manage deal pipeline, market mapping, and opportunity screening in coordination with the investment team.

Prepare teasers, internal memos, and support initial investment assessments.

Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in private equity, infrastructure funds, investment banking, or related advisory roles.

Strong understanding of energy and infrastructure markets and deal processes.

Native German speaker; fluent English required (business level).

Proven track record in deal sourcing, relationship management, or origination.

Based in Zurich or willing to relocate;
Swiss work authorization preferred.
