In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, revenue, and customer adoption through innovative partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
As our Alliance Leader, you will be leading a team dedicated to expanding Kyndryl’s services, signings and revenue. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our esteemed Alliance Partners, leveraging their cutting-edge technology and solutions to co-create offerings that revolutionize the industry.
Your strategic acumen, combined with your business expertise, technical prowess, and sales finesse, will be the driving force behind our success. You will be responsible for propelling the adoption of Kyndryl s services across all market segments and countries, unlocking new opportunities and driving exponential growth.
Collaborating with Customer Partners, you will create, build, and manage relationships with our valued alliance partners at various levels of their organizations. Through these partnerships, you will help define, sell, and deliver large-scale transformation and modernization programs tailored to our enterprise customers, solving their most pressing business challenges.
Through this role as an Alliance Leader Alps you will be :
- Spearheading the development, execution, and management of key strategic alliance activities, ensuring our partnerships deliver exceptional results.
- Crafting compelling content and motivating your team by establishing unique go-to-market programs that drive exponential growth for Kyndryl s partnerships.
- Leveraging your deep understanding of the alliances landscape, partner programs, and industry trends to secure maximum benefits for Kyndryl s deals and customers.
- Forging and maintaining strong relationships with alliance partners, while gaining profound knowledge of their industries to propel collective growth.
- Expanding your network both locally and globally to build new relationships that enhance Kyndryl s strategic alliances, delivering unparalleled value in solving complex problems.

Required Skills and Experience- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
- Strong Alliance experience
- Past experience managing a region in Austria and / or Switzerland, including P&L responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of Alliances (i.e., all 3 hyperscalers :
Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud, and / or other key non-hyperscaler alliances such as Service Now, SAP, etc.) - Experienced team lead or manager with business accountability
- Ability to establish a network of contacts within industries, discuss multi-alliance collaboration, cloud technologies, and trends
