• Take full ownership of your business unit’s success and profitability.
• Drive new business by building strong, long-term client relationships with top-tier industrials in the Life Science sector.
• Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our compliants industrial partners.
• Recruit and lead a high‑performing team of engineering consultants.
• Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Science sector.
• Define and centered sales strategies.
• Lead business meetings with key decision‑makers.
• Negotiate Approval contract terms with clients and candidates.
• Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and manage your own team of consultants.
• Support career development.
• Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.

• Fluent in German and English.
• Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.
• 0‑3 years of experience.
• Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
