Senior Product Creation Planner

As a Senior Product Creation Planner, you will be the strategic force behind the development and execution of end-to-end product creation calendars. You will own the orchestration of key timelines and interdependent workflows across multiple cross‑functional teams. With a sharp focus on optimizing speed‑to‑market and process efficiency, you’ll lead the planning and implementation of innovative creation strategies, including short‑lead‑time product initiatives.

Your expertise in planning tools—particularly Smartsheet—will be critical in driving operational excellence across the product lifecycle, from ideation through retail delivery.

Your mission
  • Lead the definition, structuring, and ongoing management of comprehensive product creation calendars, ensuring alignment from initial concept through commercialisation for the Apparel and Accessories division.
  • Participate in key milestone meetings with executive leadership, ensuring decision clarity, timely escalation, and alignment on next steps.
  • Foster strong collaboration with many cross‑functional teams, including Product Management, Design, Development, Materials, and Sourcing, to secure essential alignment, as well as inputs to maintain calendar accuracy.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting and progress documentation to stakeholders, enabling visibility and accountability across teams.
  • Partner with the wider Operational Excellence team on initiatives to enhance product‑specific and short lead time planning processes, accelerating the time‑to‑market for new product briefs.
Your story
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Science, or a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a closely related discipline that bridges business and technical expertise.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Critical Path Planning, with a strong preference for experience in apparel and accessories.
  • Demonstrated success as a strategic leader in the end‑to‑end development and execution of product creation calendars, managing critical timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional workflows from ideation through retail launch.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with high visibility at the leadership and executive levels, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely decision‑making.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic planning abilities, with the capacity to connect operational detail to larger business objectives and commercial success.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Smartsheet, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Sheets and Slides. Strong preference for candidates experienced in dashboard creation, workflow automation, and cross‑functional planning tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive alignment across global, cross‑functional teams—even in fast‑paced, ambiguous, or evolving environments.
  • A proactive and accountable approach to project management, with a consistent record of problem‑solving, operational execution, and delivering measurable results under tight deadlines.
