Your Role

As Product Manager, you will play a central role in understanding customer needs and turning them into impactful product experiences. You’ll own the vision and direction of your product area end-to-end, ensuring our engineering teams focus on the highest-value opportunities that truly matter to our customers and to the business. This is a role where you can shape the future of our product portfolio, influence strategy, and bring innovative, customer‑centric solutions to life, all while delivering measurable impact.

If you’re excited by autonomy, real ownership, and building products that make a difference, you’ll thrive here.

What You'll Do
  • Be the voice of our customers – develop a deep understanding of their needs, pain points, and behaviors to drive product decisions.
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, sales, and leadership, to translate strategy into impactful product features.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, commercial value, internal needs and technical feasibility to optimise resource allocation.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscapes, ensuring that our product remains a leader in our space.
  • Craft intuitive, user‑centric solutions that improve our core offering and enhance the customer experience.
  • Take ownership of the product development cycle, from discovery and ideation to testing, launch, and continuous feedback integration.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency in product decisions and strategy.
  • Stakeholder management & alignment: working with stakeholders to ensure that teams in their domain are aligned and engaged around product visions, strategy and priorities.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform product decisions and drive measurable impact.
  • Foster relationships with key customers and users to incorporate their feedback into our development process.
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in product management within a fast‑paced environment (preferably a startup or scale‑up).
  • Experience working in the insurance/benefits domain in Switzerland/Liechtenstein with focus on personal insurance (KTG/UVG/UVGZ).
  • Strong UX/UI intuition and a customer‑centric mindset, ensuring that every feature delivers a seamless and impactful experience.
  • Experience handling large datasets, performing basic data analysis, and understanding key technical constraints such as algorithms, data structures, and infrastructure limitations.
  • Ability to shape and execute a product vision and strategy, driving the full product lifecycle from discovery to implementation and iteration.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills, enabling you to connect with key customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
