Marketing Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives across marketing categories (e.g., creative, media, digital, events, PR).
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders and external agencies to drive value, innovation, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on creating and implementing marketing procurement strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business goals and enhance client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships with a focus on quality, cost, and service.
• Provide market insights and benchmarking to inform procurement decisions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business initiatives and transformation efforts.

• 2–3 years of consulting experience, preferably in the areas of marketing, procurement, vendor management or sourcing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with professionalism and poise.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Client‑first mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Fluent in English and German
